Partyroom Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• Booking requests can be made via our website, email, or social media.
• A booking becomes binding only after written confirmation by FunFox and receipt of a deposit of €50.
• The remaining balance can be paid either by bank transfer in advance or in cash on the day of the event.
• All payments must be made to the bank details provided in your confirmation message.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations up to 14 days before the event are free of charge.
• If you cancel within 14 days before your event date, the deposit will be retained.
• In case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to offer an alternative date, subject to availability.
• If no new date can be agreed upon, the deposit cannot be refunded.

3. Use of the Venue

• The space may only be used for the agreed purpose (e.g., children's birthday parties, family gatherings).
• The rental period is defined in your booking confirmation and includes setup and cleanup time.
• Please adhere to start and end times, as additional time will be charged proportionally.
• The playroom must be left in a tidy condition. All decorations brought by you must be removed before leaving.

The following are not permitted:

• Glitter, confetti, colored powder
• Smoking inside the building

Shoes must be removed in the play area.

4. Supervision & Safety

• FunFox does not provide childcare or supervision.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of all children present.
• All guests must use the play equipment responsibly and follow posted safety notices.

5. Liability

5.1 Condition of the Premises

FunFox ensures that the rented premises and all provided equipment are in safe and functional condition at the start of the rental period. Please report any visible defects or damages immediately upon arrival.

5.2 Responsibility During the Rental

From the handover of the space until the agreed end of the rental, you are fully responsible for all guests, activities, and the proper use of the space. You are liable for any damages caused to the room, furniture, or play equipment during your booking.

5.3 Exclusion of Liability

FunFox is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the rental period unless they result from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by FunFox.

We are particularly not liable for:

• Accidents resulting from lack of supervision
• Damages caused by improper use of equipment
• Loss or theft of personal belongings

5.4 Third-Party Claims

You agree to indemnify and hold FunFox harmless from any claims by third parties arising from your event or the actions of your guests during the rental period.

6. Food & Beverages

• You may bring your own food and drinks.
• FunFox assumes no liability for food brought by guests (e.g., for allergies, storage, or spoilage).
• Please dispose of all garbage in the bins provided.

7. Cleaning

• Normal cleaning is included in the rental price.
• If the space is left in an excessively dirty condition (e.g., spilled drinks, food waste, or stains), additional cleaning fees may be charged.

8. Force Majeure

If an event cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions), both parties are released from their obligations. FunFox will offer an alternative date where possible.

9. Data Protection

• Your personal data will only be used for booking and communication related to your event.
• Data will be deleted after the legal retention period or upon written request, provided no legal obligation prevents deletion.
• We do not share your information with third parties.

10. Final Provisions

• Austrian law applies.
• The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain in full effect.
